Chloe joined the Bancroft team in 2018 and has been in Dental Nursing since 2015.
As the lead nurse at Bancroft, she can be found in surgery assisting the likes of Dr Andy Bolam and Dr Fahd Saleh; she mainly focuses on working alongside Fahd in a periodontal treatment coordination role. Chloe has continued adding to her dental nursing skill set by completing courses in implants, oral health education, phlebotomy, and IV sedation and in 2019, she volunteered as a dental nurse in Kenya through dental charity Dentaid.
Chloe understands that dentistry can be perceived as unfamiliar and scary, and because of this, she has dedicated the last year to further sedation studies – by September 2023, Chloe should hold the national nurse’s certificate for inhalation and intravenous sedation! By adopting skills such as good listening, empathy, understanding, positive reinforcement and guided relaxation techniques, Chloe helps our IV patients feel relaxed and ready for treatment.
Recently moving to rural village Southill, Chloe enjoys country life, spending time with her fluffy cat called… Kat and walking her very energetic border collie Jess.
